Scenic Boat Charters Sechelt Inlet Sunshine Coast of BC, CanadaAt Tranquility Bay, we offer private and personalized boat charters year round. After a leisurely gourmet breakfast, your tour begins just steps away from your suite or cottage and down at our private dock. You will hop aboard our 25 foot Bayliner with comfortable sitting areas inside or out, on top of the bridge or down below. The ladies will like this cruiser as it comes complete with a full washroom on board. Enjoy the serene music both in or out, sit back and relax as we tour the calm waters of the Sechelt Inlet. See the Seals at Seal Rock and snap a picture of the floatplanes overhead.
You will enjoy your day viewing some of the most breathtaking and spectacular scenery to be found anywhere in British Columbia. Sechelt Inlet together with its tributary arms, Salmon and Narrows Inlet, tends to be a relatively placid, little traveled backwater where one will find fewer boats than in the open Gulf of Georgia. Experience a wilderness paradise of picturesque inlets and fjords, viewing magnificent marine life such as porpoises, seals, and majestic bald eagles.
In Summer, you can sit up on the bridge and soak up the sun. On our longer tours we will anchor in some of the nicest swimming bays on the Coast where water temperatures reach 78 degrees F, 25 C. Enjoy a BBQ right on board after you go for swim. You might even want to bring your fins and snorkel around for a while . . . and see the sights below. On the way home depending on the season , we'll stop at a secluded beach were you can dig for clams and oysters. Put them on the BBQ when you get home and you will enjoy a feast to remember. Fishing licenses are required for clamming so be sure and pick one up before you go. In the winter, stay warm in our comfortable cabin and enjoy hot chocolate and snacks while you tour the inlet. The Mountains in Sechelt Inlet are snow capped in winter and make for breathtaking views. We'll get you back to the dock just in time for happy hour and a soak in the spa tub overlooking the ocean. Winter tours are weather permitting and we can schedule the tours based on the best times during your stay.
